field.
Years of Experience
Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in electronic materials such as fused silica and spherical alumina.
Proven track record of 5 to 8 years in regional sales leadership within the electronic materials industry.
Job duties and Responsibilities
Lead a sales team to meet corporate goals and sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies amidst evolving market conditions.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry and trade regulations, and ethical standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes and performance.
Others
Willingness to travel frequently on short notice to meet customers, attend industry events, and visit overseas operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-stress situations.
Basic proficiency in Japanese language would be advantageous for regular communication with the Japan headquarters.
