Event Project Executive

Location: Sungei Kadut

Working Hour: 5.5days, 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 1pm (Saturday)

Job Scope

• Assist project based on assigned sales representative.
• Office-based and will go on several site visits.
• Conduct site meeting, measurement, and photo-taking.
• Work on costing, budgeting, procurement, and project planning.
• Liaising with production head for internal costing and project management.
• Assist in managing and preparing quotation, based on compiled information for the events/renovation projects. This ranges from initial basic calculations, quotations, and Variation Order (VO).
• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Oversee installation on-site and resolve and project issues during the course of the project.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Review, prepare and submit tender project.

Conference Manager / Assistant Manager

location: Bras Basah
working days: 5 days
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $3500 - $5500

About the Job

This role requires detailed planning, budgeting, execution, and management of hybrid/virtual/in-person conferences in the Asia Pacific region. Experienced in building and managing a team will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day project planning functions, including but not confined to overseeing elements such as website development, attendee management and budget management
• Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees
• Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity with medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management
