Required Duties / Tasks
1. Facilitate and lead team building and other activities.
2. Assist in the execution of event operations (including setup, teardown & etc.)
3. Delivery of quality event management service for all events.
4. Coordinate and liaise with vendors / programme partners for event requirements.
5. Perform any other operational and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor and above.
Requirements
1. Flexible schedule and able to commit to weekday morning deployment at least once a week on a regular basis.
2. Relevant working experience in event management would be an advantage.
3. Team player and able to multi-task well under pressure.
4. Possess excellent service mindset and with positive work attitude.
5. Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skills.
6. Strong communication & presentation skills preferred.
7. Able to work on weekends if required.
8. Proficient in basic computer applications.
