1. Media Development

Assist teachers with development of media content

eg Powerpoints with video, instruction videos, video-editing for events, creation of podcast, recording and editing of audio files, etc.

2. Maintenance of IT/AV/Makerspace/Non-SSOE Equipment

Loan, manage inventory, maintenance and servicing of:

Microphones

Mobile PA system

School PA system

Non-SSOE Mobile devices (ie. iPads, tablets etc.)

- Charging and updating of apps

- Deployment of equipment to classrooms when required

Makerspace equipment (eg. 3D printer, 3D pen, etc)

3. Technical Assistance and expertise (Equipment-related)

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma

• Ability to use latest versions of Microsoft Applications (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint 365 etc.) and familiarity with Media tools and skills (video editing apps, photo-videography, audio recording, live stream, sound system, etc)
• Experience: At least 3 years in similar scope

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
