Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees entering the office.
• Create a positive and professional impression of the company to guests and visitors.
• Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and organized front facing area (lobby, waiting area, conference room, breakout area).
• Provide support services to employees, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and managing IT and AV equipment.
• Support all staff onboarding and offboarding processes from administration standpoint
• Support staff engagement activities & employee communications (incl. signage)
• Communicate with employees about important messages, announcements, and events.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing events, managing employee feedback, and ensuring that the workplace is inclusive and welcoming to all employees.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a corporate.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Chinese preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible hours, occasional weekends and evenings.

Job Description:

• Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
• Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
• Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
• Meticulous and great attention to details
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive and can solve problems independently
• Work well with others as a good team player
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
