We are seeking a talented and driven Senior IT Digital Product/Program Manager to join our team to own Digital products that drive efficiency and effectiveness of how we plan and execute media on ecommerce, digital, TV. Senior IT Product Manager is accountable for the ultimate success of the IT product! They create business value and meaningful digital disruption via understanding unmet business and users’ needs, setting the product strategy and roadmap, and leading the product development process with multi-functional teams to drive break-through IT capabilities with quality and agility. In addition, the individual will own the following areas:

• Expansion:
• Create and execute toolkit to expand product seamlessly to new country-retailer combinations.
• Partner with key business resources to determine and define adoption scope and objectives of medium to large projects, predict resources needed to reach objectives, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule for medium to large projects or multiple project stages.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and the project board.
• Utilize industry and company best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Monitors progress adjusts as needed, and measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Operations:
• Drive flawless operations across more than 150 country-retailer-category combinations.
• Deliver Product Service Level and Support Experience
• 3rd party governance
• Govern 3rd party IT service providers for performance & compliance.
• Assists to manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Business Value:
• Drive Product Adoption, User Satisfaction and Business Value Creation
• Deliver Financial Forecast Accuracy and Compliance
• Feature Upgrades:
• Adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.

Role Requirements

• Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts and translate it to business value.
• Experience in managing IT teams.
• Proficient in English
• 3+ Years of IT Product Management experience
• 3+ Years of experience in CPG Retail Execution
• Proven track records of business and user value creation via break-through IT capabilities
• Proven track records of leading multi-disciplinary IT development team to deliver IT capabilities in both in-house and outsourced setting.
• Proven mastery in Agile Software Development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework
• Are adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics.

You are expected to manage your team (Senior Planners / Planners / Executives) that are being deployed in your business.

The role:

As a Senior Media Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing media marketing strategies for our biggest client, a leading automotive brand, across the APAC region.

You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with clients to achieve their marketing objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of media channels, excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

· Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective media strategies.

· Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to optimize their marketing efforts.

Team Leadership and Development:

· Lead and mentor a team of media professionals.

Budget Management:

· Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

· Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraints.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

· Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in media industry.

· Apply industry knowledge to enhance clients' media strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Process/Strategy

- Be our biddable media platform planning & activation expert (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok).

- Improve the current workflow & optimization processes.

- Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.

Experience required:

· Minimum 6 years of work experience in a digital media and client servicing role.

· Strong technical understanding of Google Ads, Social, Programmatic planning, and implementation.

· Integrated media planning knowledge would be an added advantage (OOH, Radio, TV, etc.).

· Strong communicator - possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

· Team leadership and mentoring experience.

· Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once.

· Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data.
