Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions

• Establish workflow and asset co-ordination to provide the local PR agencies with all relevant brand info and strategic updates such as PR plans, press releases, imagery, samples, seeding plans, and suchlike
• Work with affiliate Marketing Team to support with the influencer strategy and seeding across the defined markets
• Manage sample movement regionally and be the point of contact for regional PR teams, agencies, and Showroom teams
• Collaborate with local teams to identify suitable celebrities and KOLs for each campaign to meet brand objective and business goal
• Support the local teams and agencies to implement press gifting and seeding strategies
• Monitor and track results against KPIs and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for relevant projects

Leading a remote regional team, you will implement and manage digital media plans that will support our clients in reaching their consumers and business goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Gets under the skin of the client’s business and its objectives and becomes their partner
• Team lead for day to day running of accounts, with planners and executive reporting into them. Team management experience will be very beneficial
• Be the person that finds new paths through partnerships and understanding of external and business environment as well as what is happening on the platforms to make recommendations and test new plans
• Collaborate with extended Publicis teams to develop digital strategy and media plan recommendations.

Expectations of an Integrated Media Planner:

1. Planning 

• Partner your Manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan 
• Liaise with media owners for proposals

2. Buying

The Video Editing Intern will be a part of the CNBC Video Editing team in APAC that contributes to the output of quality live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will receive training and guidance by experienced video editors on how to produce visual aids for the daily live TV news programs.

As the PR Coordinator, you actively support in all day to day regional PR activities to drive brand awareness in line with the Global and Regional objectives.

What you will do:
