Project & Programme Management

• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans.
• Work with internal colleagues and external agencies (where necessary) to deliver the events programme.
• Ensure all events support departmental and business objectives and that they are compliant with brand guidelines, internal policies, agreed standards, legislation and regulation.
• Ensure programme are well-thought through and briefed to all parties involved.

Collaterals Management

• Be creative with collaterals design and handle last minute collaterals requirements promptly.
• Arrange and ensure print production are delivered on-time ahead of events.
• Ensure the necessary updating of events’ collaterals.

Database & Registration Management

• To ensure the necessary communications are shared on time to garner strong participation from qualifiers to our recognition events, tracking of periodic registration numbers and arrange for necessary reminders/ eDM or emails to ensure actual attendance on-site.

Gifts & Tokens Sourcing

• In-charge of all gifts, prize tokens, awards that are given out to all qualifying representatives of our agency force
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree qualification
• Preferably with minimum 2 years’ experience in events planning
• Clear Communicator – Clearly and concise communications, both verbally and in writing to upper management as well as to the agency force.
• Sense of Ownership – Self-motivated to take ownership of various projects and advance work without the need for micro-management.
• Detail-oriented while being a multi-tasker – You can manage various deliverables productively, review/ check to ensure accuracy and details.
• A hands-on person – One who enjoys rolling up your sleeves for pre-event logistics planning, onsite execution and delivery of events.
• Interest in finance, insurance products and how an agency force works to close protection gaps
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams. Advance skillsets like vlookup, pilot table and macros are a plus when you need to do registration processing.
• Willing to travel for overseas events

What is the role about?

In this role you will be coordinating and arranging itineraries and arrangements for the MD including scheduling of meetings, appointment arrangements and other daily requirements.

You must be an independent worker who is able to work in a fast-paced envoironment, plan complex daily itineraries and cope well with last minute changes, often after normal business hours due to nature of business. You must be able to move around out of office, together with the MD.

In addition, you will also be required to assist in doing sales outbound calls to his clients & cold leads during off-peak periods.

In this role, you’re expected to:

The Event Marketing Project Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility for the assigned project. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to the project team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Responsibilities:

• Manages day-to-day project logistics and event execution with internal partners, creating event marketing efficiencies for Citi across all business units.
• Collaborates with business unit managers on event strategies and special projects, solution oriented.
• Generates ideas to expand client perceptions to help drive results and capture cost savings.
• Manages all logistical details pertaining to event attendees and presenters.

• Reviews and negotiates contracts to receive the best possible rates.
• Partners with Citi technology and audio-visual services to ensure appropriate equipment is included for all programs. Work directly with dedicated technicians; secure video conferencing, video recording and all pertinent meeting related equipment. Partner with outside vendors for onsite audiovisual and technology support at non-Citi venues. Excellent negotiating skills a must.
• Initiates development of web registration sites with web developer; reviews content to ensure accuracy; responds to attendee inquiries noted on registration forms; provide reports to client on a consistent basis indicating changes or updates.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

As the Social Media & Content Strategist, you'll be working with one of our clients - one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Collaborating with teams across multiple countries, including Japan, Korea, India, and Indonesia, you'll manage internal and external relationships, ensure effective content distribution, and oversee day-to-day operations and community management.

• Proficient understanding of social media analytics and experience with Sprinklr preferred
• Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging
• Solid project management experience and account management traits
• Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver on a common goal
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
