• Manage and monitor inventory of office and pantry supplies and re-order as needed.

Job Requirements:

Job Description

• Support day-to-day operations
• Daily picking, sorting and packing goods for local outbound shipment.
• Handle inbound of goods and restocking.
• Stacking outgoing goods on pallet for outbound according to 3PL and the total number of goods to ship out
• Ensure 3PL scan all parcels and tally the numbers recorded.
• Accountable to replenishment of goods and packing materials/ supplies timely.
• Report any discrepancies to immediate superior and ensure any operational issues are addressed promptly.
• Handle goods returns and refunds.

The Procurement Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement of equipment, services, and supplies for our fleet. This position involves close collaboration with the Purchasing Manager, vessel crew, and suppliers to meet the operational needs of our ships while adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations.

What you will be doing:

• Assist the Procurement Manager in daily procurement activities, handling ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Develop comprehensive plans for acquiring equipment, services, and supplies, considering factors such as cost, quality, availability, and lead times.
• Review existing administrative procedures and systems, identifying opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency in procurement processes.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with the organization's purchasing guidelines, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Track costs and expenses related to procurement, contributing to the preparation of accurate budgets.
• Arrange timely and cost-effective shipments of stores and spares via air, sea, and road freight to both local and international ports.
