Description:

• Manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth and profit targets
• Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions
• Effective planning of monthly staff rosters to ensure optimal management of manpower strength
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
• Provide and analyse sales, profit and stock budgets/reports
• Implement training of employees to maintain productivity at all times
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum of 4 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role for 2 years
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers or suppliers

· Complete daily stock transactions reconciliation to achieve targeted stock accuracy

· Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in Quarantine and Manufacturing-Pro system

· Responsible for replenishment of material when items are low

· Track all equipment to ensure they are in place and in use with compliance from team

· Ensure only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production and that all rejected material are promptly treated and disposal taken in line with standard operating procedures
