• Coordinate with forwarders/transporter for the shipment arrival and departure.
• Managing transportation time and delivery process.
• Immediate reporting to direct superior upon any irregularities.

Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a warehouse Customer Service Officer under any global LSP companies.
• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation.
• Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and appointed vendors.
• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports.
• Able to compile KPI reports periodically.
• Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements.
• 5.5 days work week (Saturday half day)
• Workplace is at Jurong West area

• Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc)
• Provide quotations to customers
• Provide billings to customers
• Ensure all port operations related documents details are in order
• Sorting and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• No experience required for this role
• Fresh Graduate are most welcome
• On job training will be provided

5. Coordination with Warehouse Team for daily operations

6. Support other functions within department and peers when needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Knowledge of import, export, inventory management & WMS applications

2. Team player and Customer Centric

3. Willing to support operations even on weekends and after office hours

4. WMS applications

5. Microsoft Office etc

6. Good experience and knowldge to the above role
