Job Descriptions

• To lead and manage a team of warehouse personnels

• Conduct cycle and Physical count

• Ensure accurate cycle and physical counts conducted and accuracy of warehouse inventories

• Received all goods delivered to store and update the inhouse system on goods status (PO & RMA, Receipt)

• To manage inventory and administrative duties inventory housekeeping (Scrap and Adjustment)

• Conduct physical inventory stock take yearly

• Practice 5 S house keeping

• To resolve inventory issue and to give good support to the team to improve their productivity

• Monitoring and ensuring KPI targets are met

• Creating and implementing SOPs

• Liaising with Stakeholders

• Arrange daily inbound & outbound loadings and materials handling activities

• Process of documentation for delivery, goods receiving, material handling

• Maintain / upkeep warehouse equipment

• Execute safety and maintenance practives in compliance to OSHAS, 5S and ISO requirement

• Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc task and related duties as and when required

• Perform periodic provisioning

Job Requirements

• Min "O" level of its equivalent

• Min 2-3 years Warehouse operations experience

• Working experience in warehouse preferred

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency

• Have a valid license to operate forklift
