Job Scope:

1. Parts issue/sales to customer, dealer, contractor, field team, service partners.
2. Attend to customers over the counter / phone on inquiries
3. Ensure shipment are in place and completed within timeline
4. Perform daily stock counts to maintain the accuracy of stock availability
5. Update and filling for shipping, evidence and other documents
6. Manage incoming products for scrapping and daily warehouse operations to ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and in clean manners.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in strategic sourcing, tendering processes, contract management, negotiation, and governance.
• Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly in contract negotiations.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the business objectives.
• Display resourcefulness, drive, and a collaborative mindset, fostering innovation and driving change to achieve results.
• Preferably, have experience with e-procurement software/platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Zycus, etc.
• Candidates with a background in procuring IT services and products are preferred.
• CIPS certification is advantageous.
