Vendor Management – 20%

• Maintain effective and collaborative relationships between strategic and internal stakeholders to identify, develop and execute cost optimization initiatives.
• Recognize, monitor, and manage vendor risk, if any, to projects and organization.
• Manage vendors to ensure achievement of high-quality service expectations, product quality standards and delivery commitments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 to 5 years experience in business, procurement/ supply chain
• Procurement experience preferably with in-depth knowledge of supply chain, distribution, and logistics.
• A good working knowledge of and experience with strategic sourcing processes and trends, competitive procurement, including value analysis and procurement technologies.
• Knowledge with legal vendor contracts, contract negotiations and service agreements.
• Ability to manage and implement cost initiatives.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, listening, communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, decision making and management skills.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and handle several initiatives simultaneously.
