Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders

• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting

Job Description:

• Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of

goods;

• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;

• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management;

• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged

and delivered based on FIFO system;

• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List;

• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;

• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;

• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning

for future capacity requirements;

• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging

material based on stock out request form and BMR List;

• Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for

forklift and stacker

• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;

• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and

finished goods by end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon

management request;

• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution

goods area at all times;

• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;

• Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;

• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory;

• Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;

• Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management

• Unload autoparts from container
• Scan bar-codes of autoparts for storage
• Conduct periodic stock-takes
• Ensure tidiness and safety of warehouse
• Pick goods for stocks transfer and customers
• Handle sales returns from customers
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Support Supervisor in managing and motivating the team
• Perform any other relevant Company-related activities stipulated by your superior/s and management

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. General :

Overall responsible for assist or support store supervisor and reporting directly to Store supervisor.

1. Responsibilities

- Yearly cycle counting of stock, retrieving and bin-in of stock to shelf location

- Picking and packing of stock for sales

- Create and printing stickers for delivery packing

- Assist and prepare shipping document(picking list, proforma invoice, delivery order, etc)

- Perform housekeeping, safety and take up area of work define by the store supervisor

- Co-ordinate with store supervisor on shipments and packing

- Highlight any stock discrepancy or shortage of packing material to store supervisor

- Assist in other duties as assigned

- Handle position of marking (laser machine)

- Participate and support quality and environment management system

JOB SPECIFICATION

Requirement:

- At least Secondary School with 1 year working experience

- An independent individual who works well under pressure

- Good working attitude and willing to take up new responsibilities

- Good interpersonal skill, team player and committed towards job

- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
