Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations: Managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Minimum GCE O’level or equivalent required; a degree in business or retail management is preferred. Previous experience in retail, such as assistant manager or supervisor roles, is highly desirable.
• Retail Knowledge and Skills: Minimum 5 years in retail industry with minimum 3 years in the Store Manager role. Understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service principles. Familiarity with inventory management and retail software.
• Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team, provide clear communication and feedback, delegate tasks, and solve problems.

What a Strategic Ocean Procurement Manager does in HP:
• Leads a complex individual supply chain sub-category and assumes responsibility for the development and execution of sourcing ocean strategies that contribute to the achievement of logistics strategic vision and goals.
• Conducts complex data and industry analysis, including costs analysis, competitive analysis, etc., and reports results to senior management to aid in data-driven decision making.
