Handling of enquiries for quotation, making the price comparisons, creating quotation and sending quotation to customer
Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors
Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements
Logistic arrangement for workers and company assets
Ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in main contract
Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project.
Requirements:
Diploma of relevant discipline
Possess 1-2 years’ work experience in Purchasing and Administration
Experience in Construction firm would be an advantage
