The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor shall perform all operations in most productive and efficient manner and in compliance with Good Manufacturing and Good Distribution Practices

Main Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Orders Fulfilment

• Picking and packing of finished goods
• Track, trace and expedite order fulfillment to ensure 100% service level
• Co-ordinate deliveries schedule with contracted delivery/logistics agents for all local and overseas shipments
• Record keeping of all outward delivery orders and return of sales invoices
• Prepare monthly delivery expense record

2. Goods and Materials Receiving

• Receive all goods and materials (Purchased/ Returned/ Exchanged) according to proper and relevant documents (Purchase Orders/ Return Forms/ Exchange Forms) and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality specified
• Affix distinct and clear labels on all outer cartons and packs
• Ensure storage in appropriate conditions and locations after goods and materials have been properly released
• Timely and accurate data entries into inventory systems, and requisite recording and documentation for all receiving

3. Goods and Materials Issuance

• Accurate issuance of all goods and materials that have been authorized for release according to proper and relevant documents (Job Orders/ Requisition Forms)

4. Space Management

• Maintain orderliness of all inventory stored in the warehouse
• Maintain cleanliness and pest control in the warehouse
• Ensure sufficient space for all incoming shipments

5. Safety and Security

• Secure the warehouse to maintain integrity and security of all inventory items
• Ensure checks and maintenance of all warehouse fixtures and furnishings, equipment and machinery

6. Equipment and Machinery Maintenance

• Operation, care and basic maintenance of all equipment and machinery used in the warehouse
• Co-ordinate, monitor and facilitate repair and/or maintenance orders

7. Manufacturing and Production

• Issuance of all materials required for on-site manufacturing, primary and secondary assembly
• Reconcile all materials returned after on-site manufacturing, primary and secondary assemblyReceive all released final finished products into the warehouse
• Assist to clean all premises, equipment and machinery utilised for on-site manufacturing, primary and secondary assembly
• Assist in operation, care and basic maintenance of all equipment and machinery used in production

Competency Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Experience in Warehousing, space management, Picking & Packing
• Good level of physical fitness as this position involves moderate to high level of physical activities
• Honesty and reliability
• Excellent attention to details
• Diligent and accurate record keeping skills
• Good proficiency in mathematics, computer literacy in Word, Excel, use of email and inventory & distribution management systems
• Strong organisation, planning and implementation skills
• Ability to identify potential problems before they occur

• Willing to accept new challenges.

Location at Geylang area.

No experience required. Training will be provided.

Able to carry items up to 15kg per box. Require class 3 license for van.

Requirements

• Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Relevance.

• At least 3 years of equipment procurement experience (commercial kitchen equipment is preferred)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Purchasing & Costing Module in ERP System which include BOM creation, updates, Suppliers Master creation and updates
• Manage day to day business relationship with key suppliers like ordering, communicating changes, problem resolution, close follow up on backorders and urgent materials
• Monitor and appraise supplier delivery performance through timely record and report of supplier's non conformance
• Trigger MRP run as and when necessary
• Issue PO and follow up on supplier's PO Acknowledgments
• Monitor inventory levels of materials, understand and emplace order lead times, close tracking on problematic suppliers
• Execute pull in, push our or cancellation request so as to prevent material shortages or excess
• Familiarity and can maintain ISO documentation for purchasing activities and ensure ISO compliance for 9001 and 14001.
• Liaise with Freight forwarders for import shipments
• Timely update suppliers delivery commitments into Purchase Order Expediting report in ERP System
• Close and effective communication with planner and storekeeper on material status
• Audit suppliers invoices on periodic basis to ensure contract pricing is being utilized

Requirements:

• Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, BSc in Business or similar
• Experience 2 - 4 in procurement or purchasing
• Experience with the SAP Business One system is a must and possess Advance Excel Skills
• Sound research and networking skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office and Search Engines

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage
• Enforce standard operating procedure (SOPs) for warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operation with internal and external users
• Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C and RFID
• Responsible in the handling of import and export shipment activities to avoid storage at port
• Provide monthly report for all inventory at our premise and 3rdparty warehouse
• Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• Ensure safety protocols and RA to create a safe work environment for colleague and visitors
• Run annual stock take and sample stock take
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
