  • Support project certification and audits (including liaising with auditors and coordinating the audit).
  • Any other task relating to grant reporting.

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written skills are essential).
• Fast worker with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work well with people at different levels of the organisation.
• Committed, meticulous, organised and resourceful with positive work attitude.
• Good Microsoft Office application skills.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP; Experience is system set up with working knowledge of grants module, project module and fund module will be added advantage.
• Familiar with BI tools (e.g. Qlik sense, Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.

• Inspecting incoming and outgoing materials along with finished goods.
• Compiling FA (First Article) and outgoing reports.
• Ensuring compliance with drawing specifications for all parts.
• Documenting and addressing non-conformance issues.
• Managing the calibration of measuring equipment, jigs, and fixtures.

Requirements

• Possession of a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Familiarity with various measuring instruments.
• Fresh graduates or individuals without similar experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
