• Quality Focus:Develop and review Quality documents ensuring alignment to Company and Project requirements during FEED and Execution Phases.Assist the Project Quality Manager to implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and other quality deliverables as per Company requirements.Conduct and participate in project audits according to the audit program, monitoring the resolution of findings and corresponding corrective actions.Review, comment and approve Subcontractor / Supplier documents based on Company and Project requirementsAssist in setup and coordination of Classification Society (CS) and Regulatory Compliance (RC) management framework together with CS and RC coordinators Involve in Quality Walks during site quality surveillance when requiredAssist to manage the project lessons learned and initiate improvements and ensure experience transfer.
• Collaborative Coordination : Engage with different departments, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary to integrate quality requirements into project specifications.Assist to attend Technical Bid Clarification Meetings (BCMs) and review/response Technical Bid Clarifications during Feed PhaseAssist in planning, promoting, organizing, and conducting QAQC training activities for the project team and subcontractors.Assist to attend Pre-Inspection Meetings with Supplier Quality Engineers/Vendor Inspection Coordinators and Package Manager/Engineer on critical equipment and packages.
• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving:Monitor quality trends and prepare and present reports to the Project Quality Manager and relevant teams as needed.Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to measure/monitor quality performance level against project KPIsInvolve in investigation and addressing customer complaints regarding quality.Coordinate and monitor the root cause analysis of non-conformities, correction and corrective actions, and site observations.

• Experience : Min. 10 years of QAQC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role ,Min of 2 FPSO/FSO Projects Completion.

1. Quality Management Systems (QMS):

• Assist in implementing, and maintaining QMS processes in alignment with ISO standards relevant to MAN Energy Solutions' products and services.
• Support the development, review, and update of quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and manuals specific to MAN Energy Solutions' operations.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Participate in establishing and ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes to guarantee compliance of MAN Energy Solutions' products and services with industry specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified quality issues promptly and effectively.

3.Quality Control:

• Help develop, refine, and implement quality control procedures tailored to monitor and evaluate the quality of MAN Energy Solutions' products throughout the production process.
• Reviewing blueprints and specification to compare to produced goods.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports and submit to customer timely. Summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
• Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
• Support in conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to verify product conformity and adherence to MAN Energy Solutions' rigorous specifications and standards.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to MAN Energy Solutions' products and services.
• Assist in coordinating and participating in regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and maintaining necessary certifications for MAN Energy Solutions.

5 .Training and Development:

• Support the training initiatives by providing guidance to MAN Energy Solutions' employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute to fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement across MAN Energy Solutions' teams and departments.

6. Supplier Quality Management:

• Assist in evaluating and monitoring the performance of MAN Energy Solutions' suppliers/vendors based on established quality criteria and metrics.
• Support in the establishment and monitoring of quality agreements with suppliers/vendors to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials and components for MAN Energy Solutions' operations.

7. Leadership and Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with the QA/QC team and other departments within MAN Energy Solutions, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Contribute to fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment to achieve MAN Energy Solutions' quality objectives and targets.

Job Description:

• Monitor and verify that the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is adhered to at all times and taking action if the specifications are not followed.
• Monitor and verify that environmental impacts are kept to a minimum during the planning and design and construction phases of the project.
• Conduct surveillance, monthly inspections and detailed audits.
• Compile and complete checklists in order to aid the surveillance and inspection requirements.
• Keep records of all activities/incidents concerning the environment on site and issuing of spot fines for transgression of activities identified in the EMP.
• Recommend the issuing of penalties to the Engineers Representative for contravention of the EMP.
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme and Site Environmental Control Reports to the Occupier of the construction site.
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities.
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Report to the Occupier of the construction site.
• Assist the authorities to investigate environmental issues.
• Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.
• Any other duties /responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Registered with National Environment Agency (NEA).
• Good knowledge of ECO Scheme and Environmental Laws.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in construction industry; particularly civil works or in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
• Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Good team player and able to work independently with positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To advise management on relevant Acts & Legislation pertaining to environmental and health
• Monitor to air, water (ECM) noise pollution, waste management and vector control issues
• Liaise with license pest operator or agent
• To monitor noise readings and advise management accordingly
• To conduct regular site inspection, particularly on ECM, perimeter drainage system, silt facilities, poor housekeeping that will encourage pest breeding, workers living and cooking condition, sanitary facilities etc.
• Together with health supervisor to discuss findings & recommend measures to the occupier to correct non-compliances and verification of action taken
• Prepare fortnightly report to management on Environmental control
• To act according to what is stipulated in the company’s environmental programme, conduct review and make recommendation for improvements
• Conduct investigation on industrial diseases, pest infested area and implement measure to stop its spread & prevent recurrence
• To liaise with relevant authorities on environmental & health issues
• Implementation of departmental procedures to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, authorities’ requirements
• Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Quality inspection reports and supporting documents
• Filling, scanning of customer drawing/ inspection reports
• Assist in all paperwork regarding QC department
• Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and supporting documents are updated
• Ensure only calibrated and validated equipment/measurement devices are used in inspection processes
• Report any non-conformance detected during the inspection process

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Preferably with some experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalents
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Precision Manufacturing/Fabrication environment is required
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
