Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management strategies based on company and department business strategies.
• Break down planning objectives, create detailed implementation plans, and ensure effective execution.
• Regularly evaluate and optimize the execution of strategic plans.
• Establish and improve the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Guide business units in optimizing quality management systems, ensuring uniformity and coordination.
• Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system, proposing and implementing improvements.
• Optimize the organizational structure of the quality team, clearly defining roles and workflows.
• Handle recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation for the quality team, ensuring professional quality and enthusiasm.
• Set team goals and performance standards, leading the team to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Develop quality standards and IPD process management during product development to ensure design quality.
• Manage supplier quality, establish and supervise supplier quality standards to maintain a stable quality supply chain.
• Supervise quality control during production, promptly identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Manage post-market quality improvements by collecting customer feedback, analyzing quality issues, and driving enhancements.
• Coordinate resources and relationships with other departments to resolve cross-departmental quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
• Build and optimize standard work processes and systems to improve overall efficiency.
• Handle daily team management, develop work plans, and ensure orderly task execution.

• Diploma or higher, with over 5 years in quality management and at least 3 years in quality team management.
• Extensive experience in comprehensive quality management systems and managing quality for multiple product categories is preferred.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality, performance and security.
• Take ownership of leading the quality of an assigned project and its features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
• Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to API testing, backend testing, data analytics testing, performance testing and UI/UX testing, test case prioritization and optimizing test case prioritization to increase testing velocity.
• Work closely with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, maintainability, and scalability of software components.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Automation and Development: Strong Experience in development, specially in:

Technical Skills Required:

• Technologies: Java/J2EE, Springboot, Python, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL.
• Database: Big Data, Sybase, Oracle, PostGreSQL.
• BDD Framework: Cucumber
• Source Code/Lifecycle Management: SVN/GIT, Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, MasterDeploy, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Automation tools and frameworks: JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Rest Assured , Cypress, Postman, playwright and WinRunner/Windows app automation tools.
• DevOps methodology: GIT, Maven, Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.
• Other Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Xray test case management tools.

Functional

• Experience in supporting capital market applications and trading systems, ideally within the dynamic landscape of Market Risk/Front Office operations with a commendable grasp of financial products (Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD, Bonds, RSF etc.)

Qualifications and Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance software development, with a focus on designing and implementing automated test suites.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

What will you do?

• Perform checks on food products, storage, and processing facilities to ensure quality guideline in the vicinity.
• Conduct daily inspections and implement of the factory's food safety, quality, sanitation, and hygiene in accordance with ISO & HACCP requirement.
• Collaborate with the export coordinator to determine the operational needs for export shipments of the food products

Requirements:

1. Responsible for I&C engineering related matters.
2. Communicate and coordinate with team and all related stakeholders for planning and scheduling to facilitate smooth commissioning at site.
3. Ensure instrument and control elements installation and wire termination are done correctly and within acceptable standard of workmanship.
4. Enforce PSE and MEP to rectify any substandard works to ensure good quality of works for reliable operation.
5. Lead on-site testing and commissioning of chilled water control system, conduct thorough testing, and validation of control system to ensure proper functionality.
6. Documentation and records of T&C.
7. Handover control system to operation team in timely manner.
8. Respond to operational needs, ensure reliable control and monitoring of control system.
9. Configuration and zeroing of instrument, ensure accurate reading received at control system.

• Liaise and interface with customers to understand and implement their requirements.
• To monitor for the following:

1. IQC, IPQC & OQC processes to conform to quality requirements.
2. Daily IQC, FQC output to meet production output & delivery demand.
3. Disposition of non-conforming products.

• Perform daily, weekly & monthly QA reports.
• Analyze and trouble-shooting production quality issues.
• Handle customers’ complaint (CAR) with effective corrective actions and close 8D on time.
• Provide training to QC inspectors.
• Perform QC inspectors’ job assignment.
• Conduct regular line audit and drive for quality improvement.
• Conduct internal ISO audit and manage external customer audit.

Daily Operation Tasks:

1) Execute a post-test review of results

2) Engage customers with the aim to build & maintain good relationships with customers by understanding Customers' testing objectives and to give advice and technical explanation to customers pertaining to standard test methods, acceptance criteria, and result analysis

3) Maintain long-term quality control practices in the department

• Ensure the use of appropriate standard test methods for departmental tests;
• Ensure Technicians adhere to the written procedures while performing tests;
• Maintain preventive maintenance, periodic verification, standardization or calibration of departmental test equipment;
• Maintain and monitor long-term quality indicators such as control charts;
• Advise calibration points & degree of accuracy and precision required prior to calibration of departmental test equipment;
• Review of calibration certificates for errors/correction factors to be applied during operations, and measurement uncertainty to update uncertainty budget table.

4) Under heavy load, assist with the execution of tests

Learning & Development:

1) Reach the expected competency level for departmental tests according to Company policy.

2) Set up a comprehensive training syllabus to properly deliver structured training on different standard test methods

3) Deliver practical training to Technicians by referring to written procedures

4) Draft PTS Test Procedures & periodic update of existing PT Test Procedures annually & debrief/communicate summary of changes to the respective team members.

Quality Assurance:

1) Comply with quality regulations set by the Company, including following PTS Test Procedures when carrying out tests.

2) Execute method development, method validation & verification.

3) Report to seniors on departmental non-conforming work.

Safety:

1) Comply with safety & health regulations set by the Company.

2) Oversee the stock-taking of safety equipment (PPE) in the department, including loan units for visitors (if applicable).

Other assignments that your seniors may request from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Material Science or relevant Engineering/ Science Field with 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Manufacturing and ISO 17025
• Possess knowledge of common material specifications and metallic material properties.
• Understand why certain maintenance and calibrations are required
• Keen learner (show interest and take initiative to learn own Departments' tests)
