Responsibilties:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standard pertaining to the project requirements

• Conduct diagnostic and understand gaps and areas of improvement in current IIoT solutions and ways of working
• Work with PDE, Data Scientist, System Architect and IIoT end users to design & define requirements and analyze information, production interdiction that related to the adoption of IIoT for Smart Manufacturing
• Ensure optimization and standardization of tools and processes leveraging central team business partners to allow I4.0 solutions to be scaled sustainably across Micron Backend sites
• Develop business case, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions and prioritize & propose projects for implementation
• Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system interfaces and capabilities

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Specialized in Data Analytic.
• At least 5-7 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions, good knowledge in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred
  
• Familiar with Composite Metro solution development, systems and solutions for high volume and high mix production environment
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
• Proven ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior and mid-level management
• Peer leadership and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and ability to remain flexible to the changing business needs
