• Record all deficiencies and issue re-work orders to relevant contractors.
• Liaise with external laboratory to carry out the testing of materials (Concrete, rebar, other field tests).
• Conduct factory visits as per project requirement with client/consultant representative.
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors on quality control issues.
• Prepare reports on Authority inspections (RI inspection, BCA TOP inspection etc.).
• Organize and conduct handling over punch walks with client and consultant team.
• Assist Manager in preparing handling over documents and the handling over process.
• Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents & TC records are up to date.
• Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of rectification works progress claims and backcharges if any.
• Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at QAQC Section.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting.
• Assist in all CONQUAS and QM assessments.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of quality control/ assurance experience in the building and construction industry.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong technical knowledge of IMS International standards.
• Track record in implementing quality control measures.
• Very familiar with local regulations pertaining to Builder’s Licence, Work Head Registration or other related requirements.
• Good knowledge of documentation procedures.
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues.

· Strong keen interest in software programming for Automation is a pre-requsite.

· Development of PLC coding using RSLogix, TIA Portal/STEP7, GX Works 2/3 and CX Programmer/Sysmac.

. Development of HMI and SCADA using WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware and Vijeo Citect.

. Familar with Database, C++ and VB or VBA.

About Global Payments
The Global Payments team is building a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. We serve multiple overseas businesses within ByteDance, such as Advertising, Live Broadcasting, E-commerce , Games, etc.

The Compliance team in Global Payment is responsible for protecting users and communities by validating user identities while onboarding and transacting, and establishing control pre- and post-transaction to prevent money laundering and other illegal activities. In addition, the team ensures the platform adheres to the requirements of financial regulations, financial supervision, and customs.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the architecture design, construction and optimisation of the global payment compliance system to ensure the quality and scalability

- Responsible for the construction of user identity verification experience and capabilities, transaction screening engines, anti-money laundering system, data and model platform

- Research the latest technological developments in the industry and work with engineers in the team to promote rapid development and efficient iteration

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science or a related field;

- Solid coding foundation in one or more programming languages (Go/ Python/ Java/ PHP/ C++);

- Hands-on experience with data structures and algorithms;

- Excellent system design capabilities, and familiarity with the principles and applications of databases, caches, and message queues;

- Possess excellent logical thinking ability, good at problem solving and analysis;

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.

- Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink is a plus;

- Experience in anti-money laundering system is preferred
