PLC programmers are responsible for programming assembly lines, robotic devices, or other manufacturing processes using programmable logic controllers (PLC). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, logical thinker who enjoys working with different machines in combination with computers. PLC programmers work full time but experience a moderate amount of travel and activity in the workplace, such as supervising the installation of their programs and machinery.

Job Description:

• Conduct QC checks for incoming materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Perform performance qualification for equipment and method validation.
• Conduct QC stability tests as per GMP and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot product and quality issues during production.
• Maintain and clean lab equipment regularly. (flow cytometer, PCR thermal cycler, etc.)
• Coordinate QC sample shipment and testing with external labs.
• Assist in reviewing protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Escalate quality and compliance risks to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Biomedical), Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant QC experience.
• Preferably work experience in qPCR, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Work environment: Laboratory.
