Job Scope

• Responsible to carry out daily pest control activities according to operational schedule
• Perform comprehensive checks at the assigned location
• Ensure proper measures are adhere
• Collect water samples for investigative needs
• Document and keep records of inspections and treatments

Job Requirements

• Able to commit at least 2-months
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Candidate who possess Driving License will be an added advantage

Job Description & Requirements

· Lead inspection teams (IQA & OQA), QA/QC Supervisor to undertake tasks assigned

· Manage Quality-related activities on the Project to ensure compliance to Project and applicable Regulatory requirement.

· Work with Project stakeholders to provide a consistent Quality framework for application across all project deliverables and promote the continual enhancement and consistent Quality Management System.

· Ensure timely closure of punch items to facilitate system handover to Client.

· Investigate and present Root-Cause Report for Resolution with Project Team as and when quality issues arise in the project.

· Implement and provide recommendations for improvements of Quality Management System.

· Implementation of systematic documentation turnover system for all Project Quality-related documentation.

· Implement quality plans & activities, ensure readiness of all sections for internal/external audits.

· Ensure Project SOP are appropriately authorized for implementation and adequate trainings are provided.

· Implement Audit Schedule for key work processes and design activities (Quality Reports, Engineering Drawings, Change Notices/Design Modifications, Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, etc).

· Perform all internal and external audits.

· Attend Qualification Review meetings with clients and project stakeholders.

· Take on role as Management Representative for ISO & OHSAS programs.

Experience & Certifications

· Diploma in Engineering related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing quality

· Candidates with senior experiences will be considered for a senior role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to the QAQC Manager for the implementation of the product quality system and improvement of customers' satisfaction.
• Responsible for the achievement of product quality.
• Assisting QAQC Manager for ensuring that the quality system and procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Carry out effective incoming inspections to ensure acceptable quality of incoming materials.
• Assist the QAQC Manager in the planning of quality inspection procedures on new and existing products.
• Draft and update Quality Inspection Instruction for all products.
• Ensure all quality procedures are updated whenever changes are made.
• Maintain and upkeep a system for calibration of all measuring and inspection equipment.
• Assist the QAQC Manager in carrying out the quality system audit.
• Initiate action to prevent product’s non-conformity.
• Identify and record product's quality problems.
• Investigate the cause of non-conforming product and the corrective action needed to prevent recurrence.
• Assist the QAQC Manager to analyse all processes, work operations, quality records and customer complaints to detect and eliminate potential causes of non-conforming products.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
• Verify the implementation of recommended solution or corrective action taken.
• Control further processing and delivery of non-conforming product until its defects are corrected.
• Assist the QAQC Manager in the assessment of the on-going performance of the approved raw materials suppliers.
• Assess the suppliers providing calibration services.

Authority

• Conduct inspection on any incoming materials.
• Conduct and co-ordinate all quality audits with QAQC Manager.
• Withhold shipments of products of unsatisfactory quality level for the Manager’s disposition.

• Conduct quality control audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Control function.

• Proficiency in metal welding inspection and piping system testing and inspection
