Responsibilities:
• Support and collaborate with Sales location team (SDOAs/BDMs) to achieve business goals by conducting district engagement, training the BDMs and provide data and insights that will enhance the overall Agency and FA experiences
• Drive and manage various initiatives and strategic partnership to increase active agent and sales productivity. This includes Life in Group and Worksite Marketing, lead generation activities for districts, etc.
• Support division as business user representative for Digital Tools that increases active agents and sale productivities
• Support enterprise objective of holistic financial planning, new agent acquisition and training.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with leaders, key stakeholders and internal team within BIO to manage change and drive initiatives
• Provide regular communication and updates to senior management and various stakeholders and problem-solve issues as they arise.
End to End Project Execution: Initiatives / Projects as defined are implemented as per schedule timeline and budget to drive the following financial Metric:
1) New Business Sales, measure in VONB, ANP
2) Activity, measured in Active New Agent, Active Existing Agent, Activity Ratio, Management of GOE
3) Manpower, measured in Total Inforce, New Agent.
Assigned project to drive long term improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder with 5-7 years’ experience in insurance or financial industry. Experiences in agency management and sales essential. Other experiences in business planning, implementation and transformation programmes is valuable.
• Entrepreneurial experience is valued.
• Proven and demonstrable ability in applying business intelligence to drive on the ground execution of sales initiatives.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, highly challenging environment
• Knowledge of analytic and IT application is helpful.
• Team player who is detailed and deadline oriented, with a strong work ethic
• Flexible, able to work in a dynamic environment and across cultures
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
