Overview

The Marketing & Communications Executive is a key contributor within the Advancement and Communications Office (ACO). Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Design:

• Implement and uphold SJI International’s brand strategy and style guides, ensuring brand consistency across all school materials and platforms.
• Lead the design and production of visually appealing marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, fundraising kits, and both internal and external publications.

Project Management and Collaboration:

Event Support and Execution:

• Support school-wide events both in the marketing campaign and in event logistics.

Merchandise and Corporate Gifts:

• Contribute to the production of fundraising merchandise and corporate gifts, ensuring all items reflect the school’s brand and values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or design, with a focus on branding, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Resolving client’s queries regarding se of our coffee machines, recommending and demonstrating use of the right coffee beans for each client’s need.
