APAC Commercial and Disease Area Manager
As the Commercial and Disease Area Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of the commercial disease strategy developed with the Commercial and Disease Area Lead, as well as assisting affiliates for the responsible disease area, across all customer areas to ensure commercialization success. You will be the business partners to regional teams, affiliates and global to identify focus areas, drive launches and programs to increase clinical uptake of Roche solutions in the responsible disease area. It is an integrated role; you will work closely with regional clinical stakeholders directly touching the patient journey in your disease area to shape the ecosystem and impact patient outcome in APAC
In this role, you will:
● Work with Commercial and Disease Area Lead to drive APAC disease strategy implementation by identifying gaps along the patient journey, with an aim to identify investment opportunities and to shape the ecosystem, and collaborate with Roche Pharma in jointly looking into opportunities as required
● Develop and drive sub-region/country disease strategy and focus area according to market maturity, with focus to drive and support local implementation, including clinician engagement initiatives.
● Work with Commercial & Disease Area Lead to lead Disease Area Squads comprising of members from countries, other value streams, chapters, and potentially global. Drive APAC disease commercial strategy and execution to ensure commercial success for high medical value solutions across different customer areas, leveraging on Launch Power House
● Partner with MSA and Chapter to develop clinician engagement strategy to drive clinical uptake of Roche/Partner's solutions & to establish Roche thought leadership in clinician space
● Involve in respective Global Disease Area Network or other related teams/networks that target to focus on disease management or clinical uptake of high medical value solutions
● Co-develop new business model to current care pathways by collaborating with other teams and external partners
● Own disease area commercial expertise; act as architect and catalyst of disease management topic for internal stakeholder.

Who you are:
● Experience and knowledge in building strategy for high clinical value arena with proven ability to engage clinician stakeholders
● Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results
● Proven experience leading cross functional teams in an agile environment
● Proven ability to build long term trusted relationships with external and internal stakeholders
● Familiarity with the trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry in the responsible disease area with preference to APAC.
● System thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders in the ecosystem and at the same time able to connect the dots across various customer areas solutions
Qualification and Experience
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field. Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, Medical Degree, PhD) in the related field desired.
● At least 7 years of work experience in related field.
● Clinician engagement experience is a must, preferably with APAC experience
● Proven commercial acumen with strong understanding of financials.
