Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and develop marketing plans and initiatives aligned with Companyâs objectives and brand strategies.
Communicates marketing campaign activities with other business units, operations team and related departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.
Develops creative promotional campaigns to drive brand to achieve optimal sales growth.
Works closely with suppliers and business partners in formulating and implementation of brand initiatives.
Manages and ensures the smooth implementation of marketing campaigns including monitoring and controlling A&P budget, marketing collaterals and store displays.
Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitors brand performance through analysis, research and responses on regular basis.
Plans and generates engaging content for website, social media and other platforms
Analysing consumer insights, trends and developing best practices to understand competitorâs strategies.
In-charge of Research & Development (R&D) initiatives which includes spearheading new product development (NPD) efforts to strengthen core brands.
Innovate product platforms to capture new market segments
Requirements:
At least Advance Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Professional Certificate in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
Min 3 years of marketing experience in F&B industry in Singapore.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly creative with ability to think out of the box with effective problem-solving skills.
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both spoken and written.
Ability to deliver positive results in a team working environment with a diverse group of cross functional teams and external parties.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
