Primary Role & Responsibilities:
· Identify and segment target audiences, creating tailored marketing messages to maximize engagement and attendance.
· Analyse market trends and competitors, and coordinate and suggest marketing strategies based on market research and sales trend.
· Oversee the creation of compelling content for promotional materials, websites, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
· Utilize digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to optimize reach and engagement.
· Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess marketing effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
· Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations, integrating new approaches into event marketing strategies.
· Develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional collateral.
Requirements
· At least 2-3 years of working experience in the relevant / related field
· Creative flair and good eye for design & aesthetics
· Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Pleasant disposition with strong communications skills
· Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· 5 days’ work week
