Job Description:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business and sales
- Always communicate by calls and in-person visits or presentations to existing and prospective customers with good attitude and professional knowledge
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website content
- Reporting to management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, handling correspondence and phone calls
- Organize and manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems, databases, and document management such as invoices, quotes, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the organization
- Monitor, coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
- Require working overnight to collaborate closely with project team to prepare in advance for projects or show
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- Provide assistance to customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to facilitate the sales process
- Address day-to-day challenges and proactively find solutions to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- At least diploma in marketing, business management or a related field
- At least 5 years working experience and 2 years of experience in both B2B&B2C
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and video editing
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using standard office software, email systems, and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality work
- Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
- Able to work during public holiday or weekend if required, subject to the project schedule
- Willing for travel for client meetings, conferences, or events
- Willing to travel islandwide with own transportation arrangement
- 6 working days per week
