• Perform full spectrum of duties to plan, conceptualise, design, develop and deliver the marketing and communications materials to raise awareness and engage stakeholders actively to drive sales
• Structure and build online learning platform with interactive and “edutaining” content to make learning accessible
• Plan and produce video series that connect new and existing learners to the real-life case studies and learn from others’ perspectives

Job Requirements

• Educated to diploma or higher level
• A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Proficient in using designing and video editing applications/software
• Proficient in using Office 365 applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable with taking photos and videos with mobile device and able to do basic editing with preferred applications/software
• Strong coordination and communication ability to achieve the intended outcome

THE ROLE:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing communication strategies and plan for Company
• Manage marketing functions including strategy formulation and planning, collateral management, database management, social media and website updating
• Create brand awareness to achieve marketing objectives
• Conceptualize the development and production of marketing collaterals including leaflets, posters, brochures, e-newsletters
• Assist with the design of corporate presentation and marketing materials
• Manage the distribution of marketing materials effectively
• Support internal communications initiatives and administrative duties
• Assist with writing, editing and proofing of marketing deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Adobe creative suite ie. Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro etc
• Must be fluent in both spoken and written English, an addition of a fluent second language will be an advantage
• Ability to compile clear, compelling and creative communications materials
• Demonstrate outstanding time management, organizational and follow-up skills
• A team player with the ability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a recognized degree or diploma in Marketing
• Preferably be able to work 5 days per week for a duration of 6 to 9 months
• Available to start the internship in February 2024

• Secure new customers consistently and offer products/services into a wide variety of manufacturing & related industries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience in manufacturing environment.

• To build and develop new business for UPS in their designated market segment.
• Actively drives the UPS sales funnel, working autonomously to identify and maximize opportunities;
• Owns the achievement of the company’s UPS annual order target for their allocated market segment;
• Supports the company’s contract engineers during the post-sale implementation and hand-over process;
• Establishes new, and maintains existing, strong long-term relationships with customers for UPS businesses (anticipated regular face-to-face contact of >70% will be required)
• Manages customer requirements and delivers customer quotations to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs for UPS;
• Negotiates and closes sales to meet both customer and company needs;
• Responsible for representing the UPS product/service to customers through the development and delivery of technical presentations, product demonstrations and training; and at field events
• Responds to functional and technical elements of customer enquiries, RFIs/RFPs, ITTs etc;
• Maintains a rolling 3 monthly forecast pipeline of opportunities based on knowledge of market potentials, sales trends, competitors, economic conditions etc;
• Acts as the ‘Voice of the Customer’ for UPS business within the company; conveying customer requirements and needs internally to UPS Operation, Service, Finance, Hardware/Service Sales teams and with external suppliers
• Works closely with these teams/suppliers to deliver solutions to exceed customers needs and requirements;
