Client is doing plant rental services, festive decoration, plants for event and landscaping projects for businesses and industry in financial, healthcare, commercial property, residential property, retail and education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Account & Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
• Managing new and existing client accounts.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.

2. Sales Target Achievements:

• Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
• Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
• Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.

Job Description

• Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads via calls and online meeting
• Generate customers’ visits for Field Sales Representatives
• Offer straightforward technical advice, support, and solutions to prospective customers
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities in CRM, and collaborate with Field Sales Representatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns/ initiatives to replace obsolete equipment and entry-level weighing scales
• Create quotes, manage accounts, and support Field Sales Representatives
• Generate weekly task and analysis reports
• Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, quotes and nurture relationships
• CRM management – ensure integrity by validating and correcting data in database

Requirement

• Min Diploma
• Prior Inside sales experience
