Job Description:

1. Site Safety and Compliance: Supervise safe execution and maintain site safety records. Ensure works comply with safety regulations and review risk assessments. Represent CAG in safety and housekeeping matters. Conduct investigations and prepare safety reports.
2. Permit and Supervision: Oversee site excavation and hot works with approved permits. Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements, including cleanliness and tidiness.
3. Safety Inspections and Meetings: Inspect worksite for safety compliance and attend safety meetings. Ensure worksite boundaries are maintained and unauthorized access is prevented.
4. Airside Specific Duties: Ensure compliance with Airside Works Procedures and AOS Requirements. Conduct safety inspections, including checking for Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and wildlife attraction.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of relevant WSHC experience, including 3 years in major construction supervision.

· Must hold relevant certifications WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B, BCSSC, and Occupational First Aid.

· Preferably have airside experience and a valid Singapore driving license.

• Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Saturday - 8.30am to 1.00pm
• Sundays and Public Holidays – Off

• Night Working Hours - 12.00am to 7.00am

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead, coordinate small ELV projects in condominium, with management agent the counterpart and client representative;

· Occasionally may require to be hands on to support the front line technical colleagues.

· Follow up sales lead developed by sales colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education background

· Post secondary /tertiary, with diploma or degree in electrical and/or electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.

Working experience

· With not less than 5 years of working experience in extra light voltage (ELV) product or system for building management.

· Having hands on and direct experience in intercom and access control system a plus;

· Experience in working with Management Agent or MCST of condominium preferred
