Inside Sales Supervisor

Singapore - office 3 days / 2 days remote working per week

We are seeking an energetic, people-oriented Supervisor to bring out the very best in our BDRs. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will work closely with your Inside Sales Director and Sales Enablement to optimize BDR experience and effectiveness. You love developing people, you understand how to collaborate with internal stakeholders to collate, interpret, and put analysis into action to drive for results.

Reporting directly to our Inside Sales Director you will manage a Business Development Representative focused on setting meetings with potential decision-makers and key contacts.

You’ll have the opportunity to onboard the new joiners of the Inside Sales Team and be involved in their training and growth through their career at Datasite.

You will use your experience to mentor and inspire the Team to hit monthly targets alongside the Inside Sales Director.

The role includes a monthly Target to achieve, and it will require running special projects that involve prospect, call, and follow-up activities as well as attending events. May include light travel.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Inside Sales Director, you will be onboarding, coaching, and supporting a growing team of Business Development Representatives whose primary task is to qualify and set meetings with potential leads, as well as prospecting and follow-up decision-makers using our tech applications.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate internally with your Inside Sales Director in order to create and deploy high-quality, persona-based Sequences within our Sales Engagement Platform, Outreach.io.
• Work closely with the Inside Sales Director to build a strategy that ensures that the team is hitting goals and generating a sufficient quality pipeline to meet monthly targets
• Involved in the tailored strategy of each BDR alongside Sales Enablement with Elevate, which is our career advancement program
• Strategically advise BDRs, alongside your Director, to drive pipeline creation in both the inbound and outbound realms
• Enable and coach to develop new sales skills in collaboration with the Inside Sales Director and the Sales Enablement Team
• Onboard the new joiners, working closely with Sales Enablement and training them alongside the Inside Sales Director
• Being the first point-of-contact for all the BDRs in their day-to-day activities related to the prospecting and calling activities using all the tech applications (SFDC, LSN, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
• Being the first point-of-contact for all the BDRs for troubleshooting all the tech applications
• Attending the LinkedIn Sales Navigator calls and sharing updates on the tool with the Team
• Hit Monthly Target and run special projects that involve prospect, call, and follow-up activities.
• In order to create and maintain a high-performing close-knit team culture, 3 days in the office are required (Tuesdays and Thursdays are mandatory).

Job Descriptions:

· Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.

· Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.

· Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.

· Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.

· Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.

· Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.

· Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.

· Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.

· Controlling company marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget.

· Attend trade shows and other marketing events and represent the organization.

· Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.

· Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.

· Ensure the items are displayed correctly in the malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.

· Sales Supervisor Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

Requirements:

· Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

· Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in selling.

· Skills & Attributes: Quick learner with a passion for sales, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Customer Focus: Results-driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

· Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
