• Planning
  • Play a key role in the headcount, quota, and territory planning process both quarterly and annually

  • Author business requirements documentation for IT to execute enhancements within Snowflake’s core sales & marketing systems
  • Design and conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
  • Scope and evaluate the need for new technologies specific to the APJ SDR team

1. POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of this position is to perform the sales of solutions, by actively prospecting, acquiring and closing new businesses in the HongKong region, using various combinations of the Lectra’s broad products and services.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Promote Lectra’s vision and increase the awareness of our brands on the market through regular visits to accounts;

· Define a plan by accounts assigned to optimize the revenues potential: key contact definition, key figures, overall strategy and organisation of the customer, detailed action plan for developing the account, setting up priorities to maximize the value of the portfolio, etc.;

3. PROFILE

We are looking for ambitious and curious B2B sales with a passion for innovation covering the Hong Kong region. Our ideal candidate will have the following profile:

· University Degree from a reputable tertiary institution, preferably in Business Management or Marketing;

· At least 8 years of experience in direct and consultative sales of high-added value solutions, and/or project sales to Industrial sectors, preferably fashion, apparel;

· Ability to hunt new opportunities and adaptability to new environments;

· Capacity to prioritize the most important actions on a short and mid-term perspective to optimize account coverage and maximize the value of the accounts assigned;

· Experience in customer value proposition approach and capacity to engage the customer in meaningful dialogue through consultative selling methodology. Ability to understand customer strategy, ambition, challenges, processes, known and unknown needs and ultimately to build solutions with the customer;

· Strong communication skills, diplomatic, tactful and adoption of a trusted advisor behavior;

· Outstanding listening skills, to understand objectives and desired outcomes of the customers;

· Ability to convince a prospect to accept the offer and close a deal;

· Capacity to manage time effectively and coordinate tasks and activities to maximize effectiveness;

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years’ working experience in banking operations with a focus on Credit and Loans Operations. Knowledge in Trade Finance Operations especially Bankers Guarantee and Letters of Credit Issuance is preferred.

What you can expect

The Credit and Loans Ops team handles Bilateral, Syndicated, Committed and Non-Committed Loans. The team liaises with internal stakeholders (Bankers, Enterprise Credit, Client Services and the Offshore processing teams) to ensure successful setting up of credit facilities and Loans disbursement. This team also assists with Bancontrol operations where it handles all operational matters related to dormant accounts.

The Singapore Trade operations team is a middle office team which works closely with clients, front office and the back-end processing centre to ensure Trade Finance transactions are processed timely and accurately. Products handled includes import and export letters of credit, inward and outward collections, Bankers Guarantee and Standby Letters of Credit issuance, supply chain financing and Trade Loans.

What you will do

Credit and Loans Operations (Tasks include but is not limited to the following)

• Execute end-to-end credit operations processes including credit analysis, underwriting, documentation, and monitoring.
• Manage loan operations activities such as loan booking, disbursement, repayment processing, and collateral management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including relationship managers, risk management, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of credit and loans transactions.
