Job Description

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the land transport sector. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform marketing efforts.
• Content Development: Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, website content, newsletters, and blog posts that highlight MSI's consultancy services and successes.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and enhance MSI's online presence through social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns. Utilize analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote MSI’s services. Prepare presentations and promotional materials for events.
• Client Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Facilitate communication between clients and the consultancy team to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
• Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with the consultancy team to develop marketing strategies that align with the firm's objectives and showcase our expertise in Transportation Planning, Rail Systems Engineering, Intelligent Transport Systems, and other key areas.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the consultancy, transportation, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

Job Description:

1.Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

2.Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, pricing, and promotions.

3.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

4.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales.

5.Work closely with office and warehouse operation, courier to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times.

The job scope of a Sales Support Associate typically includes providing administrative support to the Sales departments.

Some of the key responsibilities includes:

• Build rapport and communicate well with clients and answer all incoming queries (online, phone enquiries, etc)

• Assist to check and update orders into the system

• Plan and Create Sales quotations / confirmation orders in a timely fashion

• Assist to update keying in of data in the ERP system

• Assist and ensure that all orders are prepared accurately to ensure 100% delivery success rate for all customers • Administrative work to assist the team (Admin)

Requirements:

The successful candidates will have earned or be nearing completion of a doctorate in an engineering systems-related field and have solid grounding in one or more systems methodologies including, but not limited to, AI/ML, optimization, stochastic modelling, statistics, game theory, financial engineering, and simulation. Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Priority Passenger Services (PPS) Department in SIA Loyalty Marketing Division. He/she will be part of a dynamic team that provides superior customer service to PPS Club members in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration and operational support to the team
• Manage the PPS Club mailbox
• Generate reports from internal customer platforms to support daily servicing functions, as well as for data analysis and review
• Assist in hosting and registration duties at PPS Club events
• Ensure the dissemination of escalated correspondence for follow up action, and responding to PPS Club members’ general queries
• Provide logistical support such as arranging for delivery of gifts to members and preparing event deliverables, including upkeeping of records of corporate gift inventories
• Design and develop the content and HTML for eDMs sent out to members, and update event-related pages on the company’s website
