Roles & Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will help create excitement about the products that the Company carries, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of the Company’s valued customers.
Job Description:
· Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations to customers
· Perform cashiering duties
· Receiving of stocks and arrangement of stock up the shelves
· Monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products
· Pack products according to customers' orders
· Perform daily housekeeping to maintain outlet cleanliness
· Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
· Training will be provided. Previous retail experience or without are welcome to apply
Requirements:
· Able to work on retail operational hours which includes Weekends and Public Holidays.
· 5 or 6 days work week
· Able to handle carrying of heavy load up to 10kg (with trolley assistance) and willing to travel.
· Growth mindset with a can-do attitude.
· Self-motivated, results-driven and possess good problem-solving skills.
· Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as working collaboratively in a team.
