This role primarily focuses on driving the implementation of our HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry solutions within the territories of Malaysia and Singapore. The primary objectives of this position encompass securing and expanding our business presence in these regions, as well as assisting our valued customers in optimizing their production processes and achieving their sustainability objectives.
 

Job Description

• Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial customer approach, presentation, negotiation, secure the delivery and payment.

• Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements related to HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry applications.

• Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of the clients' current systems and operations.

• Develop and present comprehensive solutions that align with clients' objectives, focusing on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

• Provide expert guidance and technical support, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation of our solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.

• Conduct customer seminar and sales presentation for clients to enhance their understanding of our products and technologies.

• Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to stay up to date on best practices and ensure compliance.

What You Know

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in implementing HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry solutions, within the Malaysia and Singapore markets, at minimum 4-5 years.

• In-depth knowledge of energy optimization strategies and sustainable practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• High proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.

• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits in Singapore and Malaysia.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 While not required, the following qualifications would be viewed positively:

• Professional certifications related to HVAC, Refrigeration, or sustainable energy implementation.

• Experience working with high-profile clients in HVAC or semiconductor sectors.

5-10 Years experience in electrical testing & commissioning activities. Hand on experience in factory and site acceptance testing of various electrical equipments such as HV/LV Switchgear, Transformers, Bus ducts and cables. Knowledge on IEC & Local standards. Design validation, recommend schematic changes if required and onsite trouble shooting.

Job Summary

The Sales Engineers Position is the premier opportunity for you to learn consultative, solution-based sales. Sales professionals work in a highly professional and fast-paced office an average of two days a week, while three days a week they visit manufacturers in a sales territory so that they can consult face-to-face on solving customers’ critical quality control, reliability, and research or design applications. Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will be based in Singapore and is accountable to generate profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new accounts, and providing total solutions for compressed air to customers in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new clients and business prospects (e.g., perform outreach to cold leads via calls and emails).
