Driving Marketing Efforts of Partners

Experience & Qualifications

• Fluent in both written and spoken English. Other Asian languages is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively working with local teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred. Relevant certifications or specialized training in marketing or content creation would be a plus.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience with similar position.
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles is required. Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with the Southeast Asian market dynamics and cultural nuances would be advantageous.
• Experience in creating engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including written materials, presentations, and social media platforms. Strong copywriting and editing skills are necessary, along with attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and organizing events, such as trainings, seminars, and exhibitions. Familiarity with event management processes, including invitation processes and post-event evaluation, would be beneficial.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, direct accounts, and media partners. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset are important for collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms. Experience in managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and measuring performance metrics would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Treasury’s trading activities and portfolio risk profiles to ensure that they are operating within risk limits (Stop-Loss, DV01,
• FX Delta and Off Market/Exception)
• Ensure high level of integrity and accuracy in preparation of risk information/reporting
• Highlight and escalate breaches/exceptions/issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Reporting risk profile trends and issues to Treasury/HOD and make recommendations on portfolio actions (where necessary)

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, Market Risk Management space
• Good understanding of financial products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel capabilities (VBA preferred)
