We are looking for a Sales Engineer with construction /construction machinery industry work experience to join our team in Singapore and grow into a press-in technology expert. We seek an open-minded person with strong communication and social skills, who easily adapts to changing situations and responds well to different international cultures. In this role, you will be part of our sales team responsible for promoting game changing construction methodologies.
What you will do?
· Be the primary point of contact for technical questions and coordination of issue management and problem resolution
· Collaborate with internal sources and specialists to resolve any customer issues
· Maintain and develop current relationships with partners and customers
· Participate in optimizing sales processes and contribute new products promotion strategies
· Participate in customer on-boarding, strategic planning, consultative services
· Participate in proposing to and/or advising (potential) customers on construction methodologies, structural design, and etc. that would be suitable for their projects
· Provide sales product training within the company or at customer location
· Present (new) technologies, products, and services during conferences/seminars
· Connect with principals/engineering companies by attending conferences/seminars, generate leads and follow up on them
· Support acquisition and development of new business opportunities, report business trends observed in the industry
What are we looking for?
· Experience in technical sales or sales (B2B) positions
· Experience in construction/construction machinery industry
· Experience working in a multicultural environment
· Business-level proficiency in English and communication skills in Chinese
· Enthusiastic and flexible in learning new things.
· Problem solver with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
· Experience with MS Office
