Job Descriptions

• Reporting to Division Manager / Sales Manager
• Liaise closely with Headquarter in Japan on project transfer within ASEAN
• Prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients base especially Architect and Interior designer community.
• Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending relevant project
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely deliveries/services to client
• Developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets
• Increasing revenue by identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs
• Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Response quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries

Job Requirements

• At least GCE "A" Level or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 5 years of sales experience & 3 years specialise in relevant industry
• Able to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and problem solving abilities
• Passionate, energetic, motivated & driven
• Independent, eye for details, creative, team player & self-motivated.
• Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels.
• Overseas business travelling is required.
