• Develop and manage sales enablement (presentation, brochures, videos and other marketing materials that supports the process of selling and increase the market mindshare)
• Collaborate with the various business leaders to drive awareness and/or demand generation for events, campaigns, and other initiatives for their solutions and products.

Digital Marketing

• Keep ahead of digital trends and platforms, identifying new opportunities for leadership engagement through relevant content and leading the development of digital channel strategies to support the business’s objectives.
• Manage digital marketing agencies on media/advertising campaigns including digital adaptations, paid social content to maximise reach and awareness.

Marketing Support

• Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure governance of ST Engineering brand voice and visual guidelines on customer-facing marketing/media assets.
• Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields with 3-5 years relevant working experience in Marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, enthusiastic, hands-on self-starter with effective planning, coordination and project management skills
• Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
