• Examine the project bidding documents, which include technical specifications, business documents, and drawing documents;
• Determine how many projects each curtain wall system has;
• Indicate in colour the scope of work for the Twilight contract on the node diagram for the plane, facade, and curtain wall;
• Completing the whole cost calculation file, determine the system price and material content (such as aluminium profiles, iron components, aluminium plates, glass, etc.) based on the design scheme drawings and the unit price of materials, labour, and measurements;
• Assign the list item's unit price based on the total cost price that has been established;
• Additional tasks pertaining to commercial bids for curtain walls.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on machinery, civil engineering, engineering costing, or other relevant fields;
• At least three years of experience in commercial bids for curtain wall projects abroad;
• Possess a specific level of proficiency in reading English-language papers and drawings;
• Be serious, patient, cautious, and possess the capacity to withstand pressure

The Hypervisor, Storage, and Backup Lead is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the client’s virtual infrastructure, storage systems, and data backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hypervisor Management:a. Design, implement, and maintain virtual infrastructure using hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM). b. Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and utilization. c. Ensure high availability and reliability of the virtual infrastructure through proactive maintenance and monitoring. d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the virtual environment.

2. Storage Management:a. Oversee the administration of storage systems, such as SAN and NAS. b. Perform regular storage health/utilization checks and recommend optimization. c. Ensure sufficient capacity for application/infrastructure needs across storage systems. d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the storage systems.

3. Backup Management:a. Manage backup solution for client’s environment. b. Monitor backup schedules, ensuring successful completion and addressing any failures. c. Ensure compliance with data retention policies and regulations. d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the backup solution. 4.

a. Maintain documentation of virtual environments, storage configurations, and backup procedures. b. Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity planning, and backup status. c. Job Description

• Work closely with the distributors to manage and build the key account business.
• Work closely with the distributors on the business execution plan within the approve budget.
• Lead in the execution of all plans, programs and activities for the distributor market as outlined by the marketing calendar for that market.
• Coordinate all Public Relations events in the market as outlined in the Activities plan.
• Coordinate, manage and implement all business plans and programs approved by the International Business Group.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in key account management within consumer industries with Regional Market, Commercial, Market Penetration, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and Distributor Management experience.
• Trade Marketing experience for consumer products is a must
• Proven experience in Regional Commercial and Distributor Management (mandatory).
• Product introduction experience is a major plus
• Significant regional market experience, particularly in Southeast Asia and similar markets
• Joint venture management skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in foreign countries.
