We are in the telecommunications industry for more than 10 years and we primarily sell mobile phone and accessories to retail customers.

Our company is expanding with new retail outlets and we are looking for suitable motivated individuals who are able to drive our company sales further. We give an attractive renumeration package to our sales staff which includes commission, hence staff who are outstanding in sales will be rewarded well.

Retail sales staff will have to work on weekends.

As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries

Job Descriptions:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
• Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
• Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters

Job Summary:

· Drive sales of the company’s B2B International FX Payment products to achieve and exceed revenues targets

· Responsible for business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities.

Main Job Duties:

Manage sales enquiries:

· Manage products / sales enquiries

· Track and ensure enquiries are promptly attended to

· Closely follow-up sales activities with customers

Generate sales leads:

· Generate sales ideas, plan and identify sales leads

· Perform door-do-door sales

· Maintain updated sales pipeline and review sales pipeline and sales progress with management

Preparation of sales proposals to prospective customers:

· Capture all necessary information about customer to create impactful, accurate and sure-win proposals

Customer onboarding:

· Follow-up closely with customers to provide all necessary documentations for account opening

· Work with onboarding teams to setup accounts for customers within SLA

Ongoing customer performance monitoring:

· Monitor customer utilization of accounts

Product / Service strategy:

· Keep up-to-date on the competition landscape

· Partner with product/marketing to improve service offerings

· Work with product/ technology team to define product requirements and to translate business needs into technology codes; involve in testing of new technologies

Involve in marketing activities:

· Work with Marketing Officer to plan and organize marketing strategies, budgets and activities

Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

· Min. 5 years experience in International FX Payments is a MUST

· Self-motivated, Organized and highly proactive; ability to define own goals and propose sales strategies to management with minimal supervision

· Confident in conversing and presenting to senior executives

· Fluent in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
