4. Explore New Sales Channels:

· Identify and explore new sales channels to expand market reach.

· Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

5. Support for Atriums or Special Events:

· Plan and coordinate sales activities for atriums and special events.

· Ensure that all promotional materials and products are prepared and available for events.

· Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet sales targets.

6. Other adhoc duties

1. Strong Selling skills for packaging product.

2. Develop and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to identify and develop new customers.

3. Research and develop strategies and plans on marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development.

4. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.

5. Participate in the development of new project proposals.

6. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

· Good Knowledge in packaging or printing products

· Proven and capable account management skill set.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in local printing/packaging industry.

· Good business acumen, resourceful and result oriented.

· Good team player and has the ability to multi-task.

· Candidate must possess at least a diploma, or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· Applicants must be willing to work in West of Singapore.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

-Highly motivated, self-confident, self-starting work ethic with good networking abilities

- Team player who works well in global teams

- Good command of spoken/written English

- Have own car
