Position: Retail Sales Assistant cum Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with enquiries
• Manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions
• Help to uphold store cleanliness
• Assist with goods procurement
• Sales-based commission

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new customer base and providing recommendations to improve sales productivity.
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotation for client.
• Cold call and visit potential client to drive sales
• Building market coverage and increase sales activities
• Generate new projects and leads for customers
• Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding business in new areas

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in any field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the sensing product industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work well under pressure
• Immediate candidate would be highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Call on assigned customers in person to promote and sell company products and services.
• Pursue new business leads and expand customer base and potential sales.

d) Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork

e) Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times

f) Upkeep shop and maintain display standards

g) Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements

h) Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
