Regional Sales & Marketing Executive (Japanese MNC)

Job Highlights:

Job Description:

• Responsible for distributor targets in the appointed markets and products;
• Develop and cultivate the markets assigned;
• Understand the marketplace, competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies;
• Responsible for the products’ profitability (sales and inventory);
• Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging;
• Achieve targeted business share by product categories;
• Build brand equity through effective management of marketing activities;
• Perform inventory, sales and purchase management;
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities for overseas market. Covers Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei, Mongolia, Fiji, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Pacific Islands etc.;
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business;
• Candidate with 1 to 3 years of sales and marketing experience in related industry (preferred) or consumer products;
• Knowledge in Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage;
• Team player with strong analytical, excellent international and communication skills;
• Good business acumen and presentation skills;
• Ability to conceptualize marketing directions;
• Able to work in a fast pace environment;
• Occasional overseas travelling is required.

Initiate contact with the customer in the store and help the customer feel welcome.

Ensure all cash handling is accurate, while facilitating a superior checkout experience.

To work with the store management to achieve brand standard in customer service and selling.

Key tasks

Drive the selling efforts and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and selling techniques.

Assess the needs of the customer and provide appropriate level of service and product expertise.

Use effective communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Ensuring all visual standards are followed, daily restock.
