Responsibilities

• Attend to day-to-day corporate secretariat duties eg. drafting directors and shareholders resolutions, filing returns including change of directors and officers, annual returns, economic substance returns with ACRA Bizfile/Registered Agents.
• Ensure portfolio of companies are in compliance with applicable statutory requirements and regulations of Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China and Offshore Jurisdictions.
• Administer, migrate and maintain statutory registers, statutory records and resolutions in TEAMWORK.
• Attend, record and draft minutes of internal meetings held by stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Corporate Secretariat practice or equivalent. Individuals with chartered secretary (Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association) qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience with requisite knowledge and familiar with statutory requirements in Singapore and offshore jurisdictions.
• Meticulous, reliable and resourceful.
• Take initiative to go extra mile.
• Work professionally with takeholders.
• Independent with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Follow-up sales enquiries and expand new clientele base

· Achieving KPI with sales team

· Identify potential clients with given database

· Coordinate with Marketing & Purchasing Department on sales orders

Requirements:

· Nitec / Diploma in IT or Engineering Fields

· Sales driven and knowledge on IT Hardware or Software

· Effective communication and negotiation skills
