Key Responsibilities:
· Leads team of therapists effectively to ensure smooth operations of the studio
· Analyses and plans quarterly sales levels for studio and staff
· Manages and follows through the entire process of client's skincare journey
· Conducts onboarding orientation, training & coaching of new employees
· Prepares monthly revenue, sales and staff performance reports
· Works with Marketing Team on the execution of all ongoing/future promotions and campaigns
· Responds to customer feedback and ensures positive customer service in all areas
· Ensures all employees adherence to the Company brand ethos and standards
· Maintains high standards of service quality, hygiene, and health and safety
· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Applicants should have:
· Previous retail sales experience in management or assistant management of a store, preferably 3 years at least, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques preferably from the beauty or similar industry
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be driven and self-motivated to achieve ambitious targets
· Competent technology skills including POS operating system and social media channels
· Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
· Outstanding communication and people management abilities
· Strong passion in beauty and skincare
· A genuine dedication to retail and the ability to work autonomously
